There are many additional ways to offer support for New Horizons.

Organize an Event

We can’t do it alone.  We count on people from our community to help spread the word about New Horizons and fundraise to support our clients programs and services.  You can easily host an event to benefit New Horizons.  It can be a one-time event or may become an ongoing event.  Make it your own.  Make it fun.  Be creative.  Host a wine tasting event, a bake sale, run a marathon, plan a barbeque, bowl-a-thon, or Karaoke Night.  Our staff is happy to help you brainstorm ideas.

Grocery Store Rewards

Help support New Horizons by shopping at your favorite grocery store - you earn your rewards and we receive donations from the store.

• If you shop at Ralphs, enroll your rewards card at www.ralphs.com (New Horizons id#90159) or download and print our scanbar to take with you on your next shopping trip.
• If you shop at Albertsons, enroll your preferred savings card at www.albertsons.com (New Horizons Partners id#49001016226 and Vendor id# 5288342).
• If you shop at Food 4 Less please visit New Horizons to pick up a card, or email us at hrasey@newhorizons-sfv.org and we will send you one.

Make Their Day

Our clients love to go on an outing.  New Horizons arranges special outings for our clients to go bowling, go the movies, visit museums, and more.  Make Their Day hosts our clients for a special day.  A $50 donation provides support for an outing for one day.  Click here to Make Their Day.

North of Mulholland

Martin M. Cooper, author and long-time supporter of New Horizons, has published a new book entitled "North of Mulholland." The book is a a distillation of experiences, opinions, and stories springing from the San Fernando Valley, but expanding into a worl view of where we have been, where we are, and where we may be headed.
